Mobile Skyscrapers

A new series of puzzles: The Mobile series investigates what happens when you take constraints that are normally given outside of the grid and include them as another part of the puzzle that you must solve.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Circles are Skyscraper clues. Each number in the grid represents the height of the building in that square. Circles contain the number of visible buildings looking towards the 9. A number in a circle is both the row and column count.
