Caged versatility

Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Every marked cage is both a Killer cage and a Look-and-Say cage.
Digits CAN repeat within cages and must sum to the total given in the top left corner.
Additionally, the tens digit of that total indicates how many times the ones digit appears in that cage.
For example, if a cage has the clue "27", then it means there are exactly two 7s in the cage, and the cage sum to 27.
