Arrange The Digits

(Published on 14. March 2025, 02:30 by Ridhwan)

This might be the hardest puzzle if you did not spot the trick! Try it for yourself.

Rules:

1. Normal sudoku rules apply.

2. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit on that arrow's circle.

3. Grey lines are palindromes that read the same forwards and backwards.

4. Digits in a quadruple circle must be placed at least once in the four cells touching that circle.

NOTE: NO BIFURCATION REQUIRED.

Do have a go!

Enjoyed this, thanks, pleasantly knotty in places. I have no idea if I spotted the "trick".

I feel like the set up is a bit more intimidating than it needs to be. Spotting "the trick" and comments about bifurcation (no idea what it means here) make it sound like a the most complicated thing.

For me it was a very nice 2* puzzle that I solved with your average Sudoku logic. Every +2* puzzle has some trick with the break in, but no need to *know* anything in advance.

That being said, I do think this was a very fun puzzle with a good variety of deductions along the way. Nicely done!

What a break-in, you really have to "arrange the digits"! Beautiful puzzle!

Lovely puzzle, but I agree, only 2-3 stars for difficulty. Thank you
