False Arrows

Rules:
- Standard sudoku rules: place the digits 1-9 in each row, column and cage.
- Standard anti-knight: digits on knights-move (in chess) away can’t be the same.
- Standard palindrome: digits on a grey line must read the same in both directions.
- Black Kropki dots: digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
- Withe Kropki dots: digits separated by a withe dot are consecutive.
- False Arrow: the digits along a purple arrow can not sum to the digit in the bulb end. The bulb can add to something greater than 9.
For better clarity enable: Draw arrows above lines

CitrusGremlin the arrows don‘t need to sum to a valid sudoku digit so the arrows can have a total sum of 10 or higher.

Question about the rules, do the arrows need to sum to a valid sudoku digit? Or can I have an arrow that sums to 10 or a even higher? I've reached a point where I can't progress without assuming the former but I'm not sure if that's valid logical thinking or not.
