A fun little competition for this one. Who will win the race? Thanks arctan, SudokuFan and voldemortensen for your feedback on the tweaks needed! Happy solving :)
Puzzle: Drag Race
Rules:
Normal 9x9 Sudoku rules apply.
Car 1, 2 and 3 are racing. All Cars reach the finish line. I.e. all lines traverse from the top of the grid to the bottom. The first car to reach the finish line with all of it's digits placed and fog cleared wins!
Dynamic Fog: Digits placed in cells may or may not reveal more clues.
Either/Or Lines: Lines always travel orthogonally. For every coloured line, adjacent digits must either be consecutive or in a 1:2 ratio. (The numbers 1, 2 and 3 outside the grid must also obey this rule).
Solution code: Row 8, left to right, 9 digits no spaces:

So fun! Car 3 won for me, is that the same for everyone?

Really fun little puzzle.
I fully expected the solution code to be the numbers on the winning line to prove you didn't guess the fog.

Fun puzzle, thanks. Same puzzle as Chaos Theory i.e. "There is something redundant in the rules which, if relocated to your name on here yields, in the context of my name on here, a place for a quintessentially English game." Surely someone reading must be able to solve this little puzzle?
----
I've been mulling this over and the only things I can think of are Cricket and Croquet, but it doesn't fit... I'm actually not too far from Cambridge! --Fenners
----
I already gave a clue in my comment on Chaos Theory: the redundant thing is a punctuation mark. So there is a puntuation mark that is redundant in each of these sets of rules which, if added to "Fenners"... Surely you must be able to see it now! :-)

Could have also been a fun Pac-Man theme if the paths were actually made of Kropki dots. Two ghosts at the bottom of the puzzle to help determine the winner? This was really fun. Color me jealous.

Fun and quick puzzle. Got nervous when some fog didn't clear although answers were right . . . but I guess that's dynamic fog for you!
