The Puzzle With 3 Stripes
(Published on 8. March 2025, 15:14 by 99%Sneaky)
Rules:
#1 Normal sudoku rules apply.
#2
159 Indexing: Digits in column 1 indicate the column in which the digit 1 appears in that row (e.g. if R3C1 is a 4, then R3C4 is a 1). The same applies in column 5 for the digit 5, and column 9 for the digit 9.
#3
Lockout Lines: Digits on blue lines cannot be between or equal to the digits in the diamonds at the ends of the line segment. The digits in the diamonds at the ends of a line must differ by at least 4. A diamond terminates a line segment.

Gorgeous puzzle! Pairing the LL with indexing so coherently together is mindblowing. WOW.

Very nice! Lock out lines are tricky, but they worked really well in this puzzle! Thank you

I agree they are tricky, and I would add they lead to unexpected logic. Thanks for playing this and so many of the puzzles I've posted.
