Starlink

This puzzle was made for round 2 of a pencil puzzle hybrid competition on the Skunkworks Discord server. You can find my round 1 hyrid for Nurikabe and Ring-Ring here! For round 2, it was two new genres, Nuri-Uzu and Slitherlink. Once again, I had a lot of fun exploring both genres and trying to blend their rulesets. I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Nuri-Uzu:
Shade some cells such that all unshaded cells form contiguous regions that contain exactly one star (marked circles in the grid). All cells containing a star are unshaded. Unshaded regions must be rotationally symmetric about their star (circle). No 2x2 area may be entirely shaded or unshaded.
Slitherlink:
Draw lines along the edges of some cells to form a loop. The loop may not branch, or intersect itself. Digits marked in the grid indicate the number of edges surrounding the cell that are on the loop.
The loop cannot create a border between two cells that share a type (either shaded or unshaded).

Solution code: Row 9 digits from left to right if cells are filled with a digit {0,1,2,3} that indicates the number of edges surrounding it that are on the loop.
