No One Left Out (with sujoyku)

After three long months without collaborating with sujoyku, we have finally collaborated again! This time, we are introducing a new constraint, which we think is going to be very interesting in future puzzles!
Here are the rules:
Rules:
Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply - place the digits 1 to 9 once each in every row, column, and marked box.
FOMO Cages: Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage, which is derived by possibly omitting digits and reading the remaining total left to right. Any digit which is omitted from the total must appear in the cage.
Note: It is allowed that no digits are omitted, and the clue simply indicates the cage's total. The cage's total is always indicated in the string of digits.
Example: A cage with "123" in the top corner may be a 12-cage including a 3, a 13-cage including a 2, a 23-cage including a 1, or a 3-cage including a 1 and 2.
