A Bit of Fog Fun

RULE SET:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column, and box.
GERMAN WHISPER (GREEN): Adjacent digits along a green German Whispers line must differ by at least 5. Digits may repeat if other rules allow.
10-LINES (GREY): Each 10-Line consists of one or more contiguous groups of cells, each of which sums to 10. These groups of cells cannot overlap; every cell is part of exactly one group. Digits may repeat freely on lines and even within sums.
KROPKI: Black dots are a 1:2 ratio. White dots are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
FOG: The grid is partially covered with fog. Correctly placed digits will remove fog from surrounding cells to reveal more clues. No guessing is required.
For our color blind friends:
German Whisper lines are thin, and 10-Lines are thick. some lines overlap in the puzzle. If the hue/contrast is difficult to see where these lines overlap, please leave a comment with a color scheme that fits better and I will modify the colors and post an additional link.

Very nice puzzle! I had to reread the rules to realize the grey lines can have multiple groups of ten in order to escape box 4.
