Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in each row, column and box without repetition.
Killer: Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Sum Line: Box borders split blue lines into sections, and the digits on those sections must sum to the same value. If a line has multiple sections within a box, these sections are summed separately. Each individual section’s total is equal to one of the killer cage’s total.

Nice and breezy. Though I wish the region sum total would have been 3,628,800

What is an individual section´s total?
~~
The Region sum line is divided into sections according to each box it passes through, these sections have a total that you use to help solve the puzzle, this total (section) that you use for the region sum line is equal to the value of one of the killer cages. Thus, the killer cages are the values 1-10 so the region sum line section total cannot exceed 10.
I hope that clarifies the rule for you.
