Nearly an hour in and still lost. I usually can solve 2* puzzles without any issue and even do some 3* ones. But I'm stuck at this one unfortunately :(

Agreed that this is a 2-2.5* puzzle. Very nice solve, however!

Definitely not 1*. Didn't struggle with it much myself, but I can see what step my friend must have missed who usually gets through 1* puzzles with little problems.
I guess I see the technique required as an "advanced" solving technique, and 1* puzzles in my mind should only have those if the puzzle is specifically designed to teach said technique.
Is this puzzle supposed to do that? I think it strongly hints at what to do, but nothing more. not sure what more one could do as a setter, though.

Can't seem to find the link to this one.
EDIT. Didn't see the dot on the URL so I didn't realize what it was. Would prefer to have a link there ofc.
The puzzle itself was very fun so glad I found my way to it,

Very fun solve! I must admit I am a bit surprised it's scored a 1*. I would have expected a 2* for sure. Irrespective of the rating, it was a blast. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice. One star may be a bit too low, but definitely not hard.
