Half and Half

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Halvers: there are 9 halver cells in the grid - 1 in each row, column and 3x3 box, and they must contain exactly 1 set of digits 1-9. Those cells are considered to have half their value for the purposes of the Region Sum Lines.
- Region Sum Lines: each blue line is divided by box borders into segments with the same sum of values along each segment. Different lines may have different sums. Clones: grey cells must contain the same digit.
Solution code: Row 4 values (use period to denote the non-integer values if needed. For example, 3.5)
