RULE SET:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column, and box.
REGION SUM LINES: All lines in the puzzle are Region Sum Lines. Digits on a line have an equal sum N within each box it passes through. Region sum lines must cross box borders.
KROPKI: Black dots are a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.

Easy but not trivial (I had to restart it, ha ha, I might be a bit slow).
