Adjacent digits on snakes differ by at least five.
The four long snakes are the same, i.e. starting from the head they have exactly the same digits in the same order.

Fun and clean little puzzle. Pretty impressive getting this ruleset to work, and the opening is cleverer than I would have thought at first glance.

It took me way longer than it should have to spot the break in. But once I spotted it (and smacked myself on the forehead for not seeing it sooner), everything fell into place.
