Puzzle: Werman Ghispers
Rules:
Normal 9x9 Sudoku rules apply.
A digit in a circle indicates how many times that digit appears in circles.
Werman Ghispers: Adjacent digits, including the bulbs, on a teal line must have a minimum difference of the smaller digit of it's two connected bulbs and a maximum difference of the larger digit of it's two connected bulbs.

As a German Whispers enjoyer, this was a very nice puzzle. Got slightly stuck at the start, but just had to think things through a little more. Very enjoyable, thanks.
