Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
A digit in a cell with arrows equals the sum of all digits in "friendly cells" in those directions.
A cell is "friendly" if its digit is equal to the cell's Row, Column, and/or Box number.

After some experience with Flinty‘s new DFM-puzzle I was able to solve this one in less time than expected - and gave 3*. Thank you very much for introducing this interesting new constraint and sharing this lovely puzzle.
