Normal sudoku rules apply. Clues outside of the grid indicate the sum of the entire contiguous run of increasing digits in that row or column that starts in the cell closest to the clue. For instance, the '20' above r1c1 indicates that the run of increasing digits that starts in r1c1 and goes downwards, has a total sum of 20. ? clues must be either 20 or 25.

A great and lovely puzzle to start off the new year! The opening and then couple parts actually required certain realizations before the fruitful resolution after; I particularly liked how the clues in row 3 and column 4 impacted on the solve :)
