Icy Cells

RULES:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Icy Cells: The blue icy cells freeze the digits around them.
- Digits orthogonally adjacent to a dark blue cell must have a difference of 1 from the digit in that dark blue cell.
- Digits orthogonally adjacent to a light blue cell must have a difference of at most 2 from the digit in that light blue cell.
