RULE SET:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column, and box.
GLOBAL ENTROPY: Every 2x2 square of cells must contain a low digit (1,2,3), middle digit (4,5,6) and high digit (7,8,9).
10-LINES (LIGHT BLUE): The light blue 10-Lines each consists of one or more contiguous groups of cells, each of which sums to 10. These groups of cells cannot overlap; every cell is part of exactly one group. Digits may repeat freely on lines and even within sums
KILLER CAGES: The sum of the cells in a cage must equal the total given for that cage. Digits in a cage do not repeat.
KROPKI DOTS: Black dots are a 1:2 ratio. White dots are consecutive. Not all dots are given.

Nice puzzle, thanks for sharing! Is it just an hallucination? I felt like I did not use the 10-line, only the entropy coloring (and killer cages and kropki dots)...
