Dotted Rhythms

It's been a while since I've set a truly approachable puzzle, so I decided to go back to my roots and make a puzzle using common constraints with a music theme. This one hearkens back to the first puzzle I published on this site, Pianissimo.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
Digits separated by a black dot must have a 2:1 ratio.
