Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Along thermometers, digits must either stay the same or increase from the bulb end (slow thermos).
- Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.

I usually find slow thermos a bit tedious, but this was one of the best applications I’ve seen. Thanks for a great puzzle!
