I have been a long time solver on the site, but I must say I created an account today just to comment here how much I loved this puzzle. Such rich interactions among the lines, and the number 28 really pulls its weight as a sum here. Fun breakin as well. "Perfect" indeed!

This puzzle is just like its title. Under such concise rules , there is such a perfect solving . Difficulty maybe 3-3.5 stars to me.

Wonderful puzzle, might be my all time favorite so far, probably because it's also exactly at the threshold of my skill level, yet I was able to solve it.
It really doesn't let up until the end, but it was nice logic all the way through.
