RULES:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- A marked cell in column X indicates the column where X appears in the row. All columns follow this rule.
- Digits separated by a Y sum to 15. Digits separated by an X sum to 10. Digits separated by a V sum to 5.

I agree with @sfield , once I wrapped my brain around the indexing (again) it flowed quickly and nicely. Good job!

I like both of these rulesets, but I found it easier than 2 stars. I think this is a very nice 1 star puzzle. If you're familiar with the column X, it makes for pretty quick puzzles. And it interacts with the XVY rules in a way that narrows down the possibilities pretty quickly.

I’m not all that good at indexing puzzles, and I felt like I got much, much better from the start to the finish of this puzzle. Thanks!
