I love the way in which this 1 star puzzle teases you to think about more (A)advanced and sophisticated techniques, but in the end it is solvable by much more simpler means (as a 1 star puzzle should). Lovely puzzle!
ps: The 10 cage in box 9 is not necessary (but it helps in the teasing that I already mentioned).

Thank you for this fun killer puzzle, FullDeck-Missing! I enjoyed the solve a lot. Difficulty was higher than 1 star for me, but maybe I overcomplicated things. In any case, it has been a thoroughly enjoyable challenge!
