Place subsets of digits 1-9 into every row, every column, and every 2-by-2 box so that no digit is repeated in any row, column, or box.
Kropki Dots: Digits separated by white kropki dots are consecutive, and digits separated by black kropki dots have a 1:2 ratio. All possible dots are given, i.e., a 1:2 ratio is not present in the puzzle.
Killer Cages: Digits in a killer cage sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage.
Unique Ratios: The ratios of adjacent cells are unique, e.g., if R1C1 is 1 and R1C2 is 3, then there cannot be any pair of (horizontally or vertically) adjacent cells that have a 1:3 ratio anywhere else on the grid.
Solution code: All digits in all cells, from top to bottom, and left to right, i.e., R1C1-R1C2-R1C3-R1C4-R2C1-...-R4C4.

Goodliffing and using the negative constraint made it pretty quick. Very nice snack. Thanks!

Very good and approachable. Note the sudpku app didn't recognise the correct completed puzzle for me. I was told 'uh oh, that's not the solution' and I spent longer trying to work out why than I did completing the puzzle. Only when I tried submitting the solution code on here did I realise I was correct all along.
Thanks for a great puzzle

Once I embraced the negative constraint, it flowed like honey. Very enjoyable puzzle, Burak Alver.
