Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
Using red, green, and blue, color in all circles such that:
-Orthogonally adjacent circles are different colors.
-The digit inside a circle appears that many times in circles of that color.

Excellent puzzle! I loved how the basic composition of the big whisper line emerged from the rules. Not trivial by all means, but really smooth after the break-in. Thank you

This is an excellent puzzle, but I do not see how this is 3-star. I think this is clearly a 4-star puzzle.
