- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Cells one chess knight's move apart may not contain digits in 1:2 ratio (they still may be the same digit if allowed by other rules).
- Digits joined by a red dot are in 1:3 ratio. Not all possible red dots are given.
- Digits joined by a black dot are in 1:2 ratio. Not all possible black dots are given.
- Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive. All possible white dots are given.

Decided to add one more black dot to give it a less dirty start, probably the difficulty has dropped a bit

Solved this splendid puzzle, except that I used Brute Force in the beginning.
