Got 12:50, accidentally messed up the middle square and made myself lose a few minutes of time re-doing some steps, but it's a really fun puzzle, especially with how the kropki dots help you deduce the line values.

Fireworks going all around as I work this clever puzzle. Time used: an hour and change. The tortoise almost made the podium.
