Whose Line is it Anyway
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Region Sum Lines: Digits along a blue line must sum to the same total in each region (box) that they pass through.
Renban: Digits along a purple line must form a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.
Global Entropy: Every 2x2 area of the grid must contain at least one low digits (123), one middle digit (456), and one high digit (789).
