⚪ German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line differ by at least 5.
⚪ Ratio-Dot: Digits on the black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily shown.

Das hat Spaß gemacht. Aber die tollste Überraschung war, dass man als Lösungscode nur noch 9 Ziffern eingeben musste. :)

Definitely 3*. Nice logic and the puzzle didn't just collapse so the challenge went until the end.
