• Adjacent digits along a green German whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
• Digits along a magenta Renban form a set of consecutive non-repeating digits in any order.
• Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the clue in the top left.
• A black dot between cells indicates cell values with a 2:1 ratio. A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all dots are given.

Great whisper puzzle! It was very enjoyable and reasonably approachable.
I think it is a bit harder than 1*, and probably on the easier end of 2*s. The break-in was the hardest part IMO, and it took me a while to figure out how to begin coloring. I spent a bit too much time trying to color the whispers & missed some other big ideas which ended up being much more useful and led to the hi/lo disambiguation. Once I spotted them, though, the remainder of the solve was smooth. Because of that, I landed on a 2* rating.
