Rules:

1) Classic Sudoku rules apply:
Place a digit 1-9 into each cell of the grid. None of the rows, columns or boldly outlined 3x3 boxes contain repeated digits.

2) X-Sums Sudoku rules apply:
Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the first X digits in the corresponding direction, where X is the digit closest to the clue.

3) The inequality sign must be obeyed by the two cells touching it.
