Normal sudoku rules apply
Counting Quads: A digit N in a cell touching a ? quad clue indicates exactly how many times that number appears in the cells touching quad clues.
Kropki Pairs: Cells connected by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio. Cells connected by a while dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given
Can be solved online at Sudokupad (with answer check) or F-puzzles
Solution code: Row 6 (left to right). 9 digits, no spaces

Quite a crazy puzzle, but very cool implementation of the idea and the proper notations helped my experience a lot better there :)
