The Rules:
• Normal Sudoku Rules Apply
• Placing a correct digit will clear the fog around that cell (NO CHEATING! All digits can be deduced through pure logic)
• Digits in cages must sum to the number in the "upper left" corner of the cage, digits must not repeat in a cage
• Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive, digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio

I can't believe this but, there's actually this one annoying detail in the mid solve that will result in multiple solutions, and I'm surprised that *nobody* even mentioned that in the comments here. It can't be uniquely solvable without fixing that detail.
--- Sincere apologies Playmaker6174, I went back through all my multiple test revisions and found where I had forked the logic which led to this error. Here is a fixed link.

Nice and smooth. Every step perfectly led to the next. But 2-star difficulty, I think.
