This puzzle was set for the CTC Discord's March 2024 prompt of "Beware The Ides Of March."
Rules:- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Killer: Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the total in the top left corner.

Thank you for this amazing puzzle, Scojo! I have given 4/5 difficulty since it took me several attempts until I got there. I already found the break-in yesterday, but somehow made an unjustified deduction and ran into a contradiction. Today I gave it another fresh shot. I went on to solve so much of the grid that I felt I was on the right track and then again went too quickly. Eventually, I calmly rewinded and everything fell into place. Although I struggled quite a bit, I always felt so motivated to crack it. Very good setting!
