Suburbia (Overlapping regions/Arrow/Kropki pairs)

This puzzle was inspired by a discussion I had with damasosos92 about overlapping regions and some of the interesting geometry possible. I highly encourage you check out some of their puzzles with this rule set, including Overlaps and A Wonderful Discovery.

Rules:
- Overlaps: Each square is the center of a 3x3 box. Fill the grid with the digits 1-9 such that digits do not repeat in any row, column, or aforementioned box.
- Arrows: A digit in a circle must equal the sum of the digits on its attached arrow. Digits may repeat along the arrows if allowed by other rules.
- Kropki pairs: Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive, and digits separated by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.

Definitely a nice snack, as long as you nail the first deduction. I kind of fumbled around for a bit before realizing the implications.

Excellent! This brought to mind somedoku puzzles, in which you can do sudoku some of the time, but other times you have to restrain your sudoku instincts.
