Moo-ving On Up

This puzzle was inspired by Lake and uses the excellent constraint invented in his puzzle Ace is high. It's the sequel to Faulty Fuse.
Rules:
- Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Aces High: The digit 1 counts as a value of 10 for all clues in the grid.
- Remote Sums: A digit X in a cage points to a second digit Y located X cells away vertically or horizontally. The number in the top left corner of the cage indicates the sum of X+Y.
- German Whisper: Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by five or more.

The 1 -> 10 substitution mixed with GW and Remote Sums is a bit of a mind bender, but once you get your mind wrapped around the rules, the puzzle flows nicely. Fun solve, interesting ruleset.
