Numbered Corridors 4 (Modular Lines, Numbered Sums)

Fourth puzzle of my Numbered Corridors series, exploring Numbered Rooms or Numbered Sums clue forms lines constraint.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Modular Lines: Any set of three sequential cells along a teal line must contain one digit from (1,4,7), one digit from (2,5,8), and one digit from (3,6,9). A modular line of length 2 may not contain two digits from the same residue set.
Numbered Sums: Clues outside the grid indicate the sum (or inequality value) of N and the digit in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
Every Numbered Sums clue forms a straight Modular Lines starting from the N to Nth cell (Length 1 lines is possible).

@Laxpanther I'm very sorry, I miss placed the clue when making a new link to make it consistent format. The clue should be in c3. I accidentally delete your comment too sorry, it was meant to reply it.

I really enjoyed that. The sums clues forming modular lines worked well for producing interesting logic.
