General Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Any two cells which are in the same relative position within their respective 3x3 boxes must contain different digits. For example, if 7 was placed in the top-left corner of box 1, then no other boxes could have a 7 in their top-left corner.
- Consecutive digits along green German Whisper lines must have a difference of at least 5.
- Each arrow points to the first (and only) occurrence of the digit 9 located in the direction the arrow is pointing.
- The digit on the arrow indicates the distance (in cells) from the arrow to the 9. For example, if r2c2 is a 3, then r5c5 must be 9.
- A 9 may have multiple arrows pointing at it and not all 9s are necessarily pointed at by an arrow.
