Normal arrow rules: digits on the arrow line sum to the digit in the circle. Digits on the arrow may repeat if allowed by other rules.
No diagonal stripe of 3 repeated digits is allowed.

Fun solve!
I'm not sure if it's a problem with the app, but both conflict checker and verification didn't work and always said that everything is wrong.
