Whispers Through the Cell Doors

The inmates from cells 8, 9 and 10 are whispering in the night, passing their words through most of the block. Only the south part has trouble joining the conversation. Can you decipher their code?

Rules
This puzzle uses the standard german whispers and killer cage rules.
- Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each empty cell. Digits must not repeat within the same row, column, or box.
- The digits in a cage must sum to the number printed in its corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
- Adjacent digits along each german whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.

Prove that the white cells touching box 5 (R3C5, R5C3, R5C7, R7C5) need to contain four different digits.

Managed to color the entire grid, but have no clue how to disambiguate becides trial and error.
