Living between Killers

Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Killer: Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage.
- Between: Digits on a line must be between the digits in the circles at the ends of the line.
- Even: The cell with the gray square contains an even number.
