Normal Sudoku rules apply.
All lines are German Whisper lines where adjacent digits must have a differance of at least 5.
German Whisper lines are also "equal sum lines". ie The sum of the digits on a line within a particular 3x3 box must be the same for all the boxes the line passes through
Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all white dots are given.
Digits in a cage must sum to the number in that cage's top left corner. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.

Puh, that was a tough one for me. I made a mistake in the endgame, but fortunately, my logic regarding the main diagonals was correct, so I came to an end starting from there...
