Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit on that arrow's circle.
3. Digits along the blue line have an equal sum N within each 3x3 box it passes through.
4. Digits along the two diagonals must not repeat.

What a lovely puzzle! Break in was easy enough to get you committed to the puzzle, while the rest of the puzzle made you think a bit. That being said there were always enough clues to avoid feeling hopeless.

Absolutely brilliant. I just do not understand how you first-rank setters can create such puzzles.
I think a difficulty rating of 3.5/5 would be more accurate.
