Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Additionally, German Whispers, Global Entropy, Anti-Entropy Squares, Quadruple and Kropki Rules apply.
German Whispers: Digits on the green line must differ by at least 5 from their neighbour.
Global Entropy: Group the digits 1-9 into low(123), middle(456), and high(789) digits. Every 2x2 cell group in the puzzle must contain at least one digit of each group.
Anti-Entropy Squares: the 2x2 surrounding the blue raindrops must NOT satisfy the entropy constraint.
Quadruple: Digits within the blue raindrops must appear in at least one of its surrounding cells.
Kropki: digits with a white dot between them must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.

i usually color the whisper lines, as i did here, and then I had the perfect transition to entropy coloring. anti-entropy was really powerful. hope to see more of those.
