Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Between Lines: cells along lines between two filled circles must have values between those in the circles.
Whispers: neighbouring digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5
XV: cells that share an edge with a V or an X must contain digits that sum to 5 and 10 respectively (no negative constraint).
Killer Cages: digits within a cage must sum to the number in the upper left corner and cannot repeat.
White dots: cells that share an edge with a white dot must contain consecutive digits (no negative constraint)
If you open the CTC Link, be aware that the line of the between lines is partially covered by the whisper (row 2 and row 8), so look at the image below before attempting the puzzle
