Standard Sudoku rules apply.
Cells 'see' all other cells in their row, column, box, cage, and at a (chess) knight's move distance.
Cells may never see a cell with the same digit (i.e. standard anti-knight killer sudoku rules apply).
Digits in cages sum to the given total. Digits in cells with an orange diamond specify exactly how many cells with the next higher digit can be seen by that cell (i.e. an orange diamond cell containing digit N sees exactly N cells with digit N+1 in them). All orange diamonds are given.
