Double Duty | Zweifache Zahlenbedeutung

Regeln: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Each of the outside clues fulfills two of the following conditions:
(a) Sandwich-Sum: Sum of the digits between 1 and 9 in the marked row/column.
(b) Skyscraper: Every digit in the grid represents the height of a building with higher buildings hiding smaller buildings. The outside clue is the number of buildings seen from that direction.
(c) X-Sums: Sum of the first X digits from that direction, where X is the first digit from that direction.
