Into Darkness

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Fog of War: The grid is covered with fog. There's one initial light source that illuminates the darkness. Place correct digits to get more light.
Killer: Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the total in the top left corner.
Thermometers: Along a thermometer digits increase from the bulb end.
XV Pairs: Digits joined by X sum to 10. Digits joined by V sum to 5.

Very nice puzzle, found the break in easy but got stuck in the middle of the grid with the thermos. Lovely interactions and flowing logic throughout, got there in the end.

Tried to catch some fog today. But I mist.
What did the ghost say when he coughed up some fog? That's miasma.
Where do clouds keep their money? In a fog bank.
What do they call a large fog over Rome? A bigamist.
Sorry I couldn't come up with any better jokes. My brain's a bit foggy this morning.

Wow, this was so good. Might be the most enjoyable sudoku I've ever done. The anticipation of what comes out of the fog next combined with very different clues made this a trip to the wonderland.
