Odd Kropki Evening (Takuzu/Binairo Sudoku)

This puzzle's rules are inspired by Takuzu/Binairo.
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by a black dot contain digits with a ratio of 2:1. Not all dots are given.
- There must never be more than two connected digits in a row or a column with the same parity. Thas is, two odd digits must be followed by one or two even digits, and vice versa.
